Shawn M. Cline
Shawn Cline is an experienced criminal defense attorney and member of the Virginia State Bar. He was raised in Newport News, Virginia and earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was selected based on his academic record for the Air Force Legal Education Program; and graduated from The University of Florida College of Law with honors while serving on active duty in the Air Force.
As a military prosecutor and defense attorney, Shawn Cline handled complex cases in the United States and around the world. He separated from active duty as Senior Defense Counsel, responsible for defending felony cases all over the Western United States and at installations in the Pacific.
